It seems that in the past few months this young swooshy haired London lad has cropped up from almost nowhere but with his debut single now on the very near horizon we thought it about time to bring you guys a little piece of his magic too. Set for release through independent record label Young and Lost Club, ‘ Stand’ couldn’t have been a better a better choice for Othello Woolf’s first release, showcasing exactly what this guy does and does very well. From the first beat to the last echoing vocal Woolf takes you on a woozy and weaving journey, twisting you into dreamy states of happiness mixing intense vocals and catchy synths his songs ache with a sense of sentiment. Woolf magically seems to capture both soulful nostalgia and euphoric funk, mixing vintage sounds and fresh pop synths he leaves you in a beautiful dreamy world state.
