Where did you grow up? What was that like for a budding musician?
I grew up in Camden, it was great for music, and a lot of musicians came from my school such as ms dynamite and Elmore Judd.
What is the best concert you have ever been too?
Probably Prince at the Camden palace as I was in love with him and I started crying when I saw him.
What is the best gig you have done to date?
On the catwalk at the Louvre for a JCDC fashion show. It was extremely intense but I thrive on that.
What would be your ideal venue to play whether it a huge stadium or grungy little basement club?
The old Wembley stadium would be good as i grew up watching Freddie mercury smash it and that looked like a buzz.
What was your first musical instrument?
A little Casio keyboard but I was never that fussed with musical instruments I was more into Sega Megadrive!
What books have you read and films have you seen recently?
I just read the Anthony Keidis autobiography which is not something I would usually read but got completely sucked into and made me realise I need to stop being so uptight and let go a little.
You guys are pretty impressive live โ do you prefer this to recording/playing in the studio?
Live everyday! Its the biggest thrill i get when its going well, but saying that it can be one of the most embarrassing when its not.
Where can we catch you next?
At THE PLAYGROUND Halloween event on Saturday 31st October.
